#1 Wheels


The wheels should be cleaned at least once a week. To clean it, use a sharp object such as scissors to cut any big particles that are wrapped around the wheel, then you wipe it with a damp cloth.


It is important to keep the wheels clean to prevent it from getting grimy. It is also advisable to replace the wheels when they are damaged.



#2 Dustbin



The dustbin is used to collect dust and debris. To maintain the dustbin, it should be cleaned when it is full. If there are additional particles, an anti-tangle comb can be used to clean it off.




#3 Water Tank



The water tank is used for storing water for the mopping process. It dispenses water from the tank into the mop-pad, which helps with the cleaning process.


To maintain the water tank, power off the robot first before removing the water tank. Next, detach the mopping pad, hand wash it and air dry before attaching it back.


It is not recommended to add detergent or soap to the water tank and the mop-pad as it will cause damage to the robot vacuum.

To maintain the air filter, It should be cleaned gently with a brush portion regularly after every use.


Manufacturers recommend replacing it every 1-2 months to maintain the suction motor in tip-top condition. Please replace the air filter if it is exposed to water.



#5 Roller Brush


Roller brushes kick up dirt on the floor and deposit it into the vacuum's dustbin. It is advised to clean the brush after every use

To clean roller brush, use a brush/comb to cut through layers/sweep off excess particles



#6 Side Brush


Side brushes are used to clean up the dust in corners. The side brush should be cleaned once every month.


It is also advised to replace the side brushes if there’s any form of damage. To clean the side brush, clean the bristles and cut away the hair and fibres entangled on the side brush.

Dust charging port is how the vacuum and base connect for charging. To maintain the dust charging port, it should be cleaned once a week.


It is advisable to replace the dust charging port when there are any forms of scratches or damage. To clean the dust charging port, use a microfiber cloth to clean it gently.
